Andy is a Partner at Boyden UK and a member of the Global Energy, Engineering and Infrastructure Practice. He focuses on recruiting board directors and functional leaders. Andy recruits for a range of different clients including public, private and private-equity owned businesses.  His work spans Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Built Environment, Manufacturing and Engineering vertical markets. He has recruited business executives in Asia, India, Europe, Middle East and Africa and the US.  

Andy’s early career was in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Sector.  He worked in planning and operations leadership roles for Reckitt and Benckiser and PepsiCo. In his last role before joining the search profession he worked as a trouble shooter for the CEO and Chairman of a privately owned FMCG business.

Andy transitioned into executive search in 1995. He has held International Practice leadership roles in Industrial and Scientific Instruments verticals. Since commencing his career in search, Andy has secured and delivered in excess of 600 retained search projects. Andy joined Boyden UK in 2005.

Andy is a Loughborough University Science graduate.
