Phil will be our guest speaker and will discuss the topic ‘Boards of the Future’ with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion.

Diversity in the boardroom is now firmly on the agenda of most companies with the recent publication of Lord Davies’ report on Women in the Boardroom along with research from the Institute of Leadership & Management and the London School of Economics, amongst others.

An issue which has also been high on the agenda of technology companies in particular, is how to attract and retain women through the management ranks to achieve senior leadership roles. Cisco UK was listed in The Times “Top 50 Place Where Women Want to Work” and Phil has recently been recognised with a national award as ‘Mentor of the Year’ for his role in building and leading a diverse workforce.
