We are delighted to invite you to a ‘Breakfast Briefing’ on Thursday 10 February 2011, at Quaglino’s, St James’s, London. This (by invitation only) event is one of a number of networking events that we host during the year for senior board directors.

Our guests will be Chairmen, Chief Executives and Executive Directors from leading telecoms organisations.

Nina Triantis has kindly agreed to address our audience on the topic of ‘Emerging Markets: key M&A themes and strategic considerations’.

Nina joined Standard Bank in 2005 having previously spent 14 years with CIBC World Markets in London more recently as European Head of Media, Telecoms and Technology and in the early 1990's in the Acquisition Finance unit. Nina has more than 25 years investment banking experience, more than 15 spent advising and arranging finance in the TMT sector throughout the world. She has an extensive knowledge base and contacts of a large number of telecommunications operators throughout the emerging and developed world and has had responsibility and experience originating and overseeing the execution of financing and M&A transactions, privatisations as well as private equity transactions. Key clients have included France Telecom, Millicom, MTN, Orascom, TeliaSonera, Turkcell, Vimpelcom, Vivendi, Zain and others.

Nina holds an MBA from Stern New York University graduate school of business and a BA in Economics and French from Columbia University.
