Victoria leads the consumer, retail and leisure practice at Boyden UK.

She has recruited top management for leading multinationals, local companies and equity-backed businesses throughout Europe and the US. She works across all functions, with a focus on marketing and convergence.

Prior to joining Boyden, Victoria led the consumer technology practice at a leading international boutique search company. Her extensive experience in executive search includes a strong background in research.

Victoria has a BSc with honours in environmental geoscience from University College London. She is also qualified to British Psychological Society Level A standards in psychometric testing.
