Sue is a Partner in the TMT Practice where she focuses on recruiting Executive and Management Board members and their teams.  She has extensive experience recruiting business leaders across all the vertical functions, with a particular interest in business transformation and the management of change.  Her management experience within the industry and in consulting roles provides her with a strong interest in ensuring successful outcomes for her clients’ businesses and for the candidates they recruit.

Sue’s early career was spent in general management roles within the telecommunications industry and she subsequently worked internationally at board level.  Her commercial experience includes joint ventures and acquisitions Europe, the USA and Asia Pacific.  She then moved into management consultancy and spent several years assisting clients with their global expansion strategies.

Sue moved into executive search in 1996 when she joined Norman Broadbent International working in the technology practice.  She was subsequently appointed Director of the Telecommunications Practice where she remained until taking a career break and then joining former colleagues at Boyden.

Sue holds a B.Sc Psychology (First Class Hons) degree from University College London and an MBA from London Business School.  She is a keen skier and rock climber and an investor in community cinemas.
