Richard a professional in marketing and events within the recruitment industry joined Boyden UK in August 2009. He had previously carried out an interim project at the end of 2008.

He commenced his career within the recruitment industry in 1988, working in a number of different client development roles, leading to a career in Executive Search.

In 2005 Richard moved to Odgers Berndtson, to run events for the UK's number one executive search firm.

Richard is Head of Marketing & Events for Boyden UK, responsible for organising events, marketing, communications and website development.
