Nesta’s career in executive search began in 2004 when she joined Whitehead Mann as a Research Associate in their General Industry Group. She gained a broad range of experience with particular focus on Director and Non-Executive level appointments in a wide variety of industries including; engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, transportation and the public sector. Nesta joined Boyden in December 2009 as a Research Consultant in their consumer practice.

Nesta’s early career prior to search was spent with Information Resources Inc a Market Research company. Whilst working with IRI she was seconded to India as a Technical Trainer, helping to set-up the company’s new Global Operations Centre in Bangalore.
