Lucy joined Boyden UK in 2008 as a Research Associate and works with the Industrial Practice, delivering assignments across a broad range of industry areas including:  Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Defence & Aerospace and Industrial Automation. Lucy has a dual role as Research Allocation Manager, responsible for managing Boyden London’s research resource.

Lucy has 18 years experience in the Executive Search market.  Joining an international Research boutique in 1993, Lucy worked with both Executive Search Consultants across Europe & US, and directly with HR Teams of major blue chip organisations.  Lucy’s early career in research focussed on a broad range of middle, senior management and Board level searches, particularly within TMT.  Lucy then moved into freelance research consulting in 2004, working closely with a number of international executive search organisations across multiple industry & discipline areas across including retail, consumer, HR, finance and TMT.

Lucy’s earlier career prior to Search included HR Manager with a Division of Shell International and Support Manager with a multinational Facilities management organisation.
