Lisa is a partner in Boyden UK, is an active member of the Global Consumer Practice and leads our Global HR Practice.  She specialises in executive roles in the broad consumer sector and senior HR appointments across all market sectors .

Lisa has thirteen years experience in top-level executive search and, prior to joining the firm, she worked for Heidrick & Struggles in London, recruiting across the HR function and the consumer healthcare sector. 

Lisa’s early career was in FMCG marketing at Kimberly Clark in South Africa and McCann Erickson in the world of advertising, as an account executive specialising in premier brands such as Coca-Cola.

Lisa now focuses on senior international HR roles, both generalist and specialist and has placed HR leaders for international clients such as McDonald's, Compass Group, DSGi, Alliance Healthcare and Gate Group.

Lisa is well networked in the HR community and has relationships with many leading professional human resources academics, consultants, coaching and industrial bodies, where she is often asked for her expert opinion.  Working across all industry sectors, Lisa holds regular networking events for HR leaders.
