Emma is a key part of the CIO practice at Boyden UK, holding the post of Research Associate.

She joined Boyden after working as a research associate at another global executive search firm, Egon Zehnder International, where she handled CIO assignments with the technology, media, and telecoms team. Previously she was a lead researcher for the high-tech practice group at Boston Consulting Group (London), and a Senior Information Officer at SocGen.

Emma holds an MA in information management from the University of North London. She also holds a BsC in politics & modern history from Brunel University (London).
