Catherine has over 6 years experience within Executive Search focusing mainly within the retail and consumer space. She began her career within the fashion and lifestyle division of FSS (Part of the Crystal Group ) working with global sports and fashion lifestyle brands covering a variety of creative and operational roles. 

She spent time with boutique firm Torres where she worked with a portfolio of clients in both fashion and FMCG before moving to Boyden in 2007 where she has worked across all practices and functions with an emphasis on retail and consumer goods.

Catherine graduated from University of Wales Aberystwyth with BA Hons.
