Catherine Dibble has 15 years experience in recruitment; the majority as a researcher within leading executive search firms.  She began her search career at GKR (prior to its acquisition by Whitehead Mann) working across multiple industries and functions and then joined Norman Broadbent where she spent most of the next 10 years as a specialist technology researcher, but also including 2 years as an onsite consultant for Microsoft, helping to build its professional services practice in the UK. 

Most of Catherine’s assignments have been within the technology and professional services sectors however her particular expertise is in sourcing Directors for pre-IPO venture backed companies in hi-tech industries.

She holds a BA(Hons) Politics from the University of Leeds.
