Boyden is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), a respected international organisation promoting the highest professional standards in executive search worldwide. It offers a variety of services for executive search organisations and individuals, as well as candidates looking for assistance.

CIODEVELOPMENT

CIODEVELOPMENT is a leader in the non-technical executive development of CIOs and their IT leadership teams. They have worked exclusively with generations of CIOs and their teams since 1995 and have a deep understanding of their situations and personal challenges. Their expertise covers the three key areas of Individual and Career Development, Leadership and Team Development and Business Engagement. Their services are grouped in these areas, with an integrated Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme to reinforce the skills and behaviours that the best senior IT executives need to be successful.

Boyden has worked closely with CIODEVELOPMENT over a number of years, holding joint events, and offering a total assessment and coaching service to clients.

Lane4

Lane4 is a leading performance development consultancy with a unique heritage in elite sport and business performance.

Their people provide global organisational development services to business and HR leaders across a range of sectors.

They have four core business areas, Lane4 Consulting, Lane4 Training, Lane4 Diagnostics and Lane4 Communications

30% Club

A non-commercial organisation to coordinate activities to spearhead a concerted effort by the business community.

Formally launched in November 2010 the 30% club, whose structure is made up of; Members, Champions and a Steering Committee, has pledged to throw open the doors of the boardroom to the many talented women who have been locked out for decades.

Boyden was an initial signatory to the Code of Conduct for Headhunters. It sets out seven key principles of best practice, including setting diversity goals, defining the client brief to balance experience with relevant skills and giving support during the selection process. CO-HOSTS

Boyden has no formal links, agreements or assocations with any management consulting firms, but throughout the course of the year Boyden do co-host a variety of networking events, the majority of which have a guest speaker who is an industry expert. A number of these events are co-hosted with like-minded quality firms, with the aim of coming together to bring the highest possible peer level of attendees together.

Our co-hosts have included: Deloitte, PwC, A.T.Kearney, ATOS, KPMG, Booz & Co. Legal firms such as SJ Berwin and Bird & Bird.
