Victoria is a Partner in Boyden UK and a member of Boyden’s Global Consumer practice. In the UK, Victoria leads Boyden’s Consumer, Retail and Leisure practice. Her main focus is executive appointments within General Management, Commercial, Operations (including supply chain) and eCommerce. She also advises boards on talent and leadership issues and works with senior executives as a career advisor.

She has recruited top management for leading multinationals, local companies and equity-backed businesses throughout Europe and the US. She works across all functions, with a focus on marketing and convergence.

Victoria has thirteen years experience in international recruitment and executive search. Prior to joining Boyden in 2007, she was a Partner at a leading international boutique and Head of their Consumer Technology practice. She began her career as a Researcher at Korn/Ferry International before joining Heidrick & Struggles (Highland Partners) as a Consultant within their New Media/Digital practice.

Victoria has a BSc in Environmental GeoScience from UCL. She is also qualified to British Psychological Society Level A in psychometric testing and evaluation. Outside of work, Victoria is passionate about property renovation and animal welfare.
