Neil is a partner in Boyden UK and a member of Boyden’s Global Financial Services practice.

He has completed numerous senior level appointments with a broad range of financial services clients both in London and other major financial centres across the world. He has searched in a diverse range of roles for his clients but has particular expertise in Corporate and Investment banking in areas such as Coverage (both industry and geographic), M&A, DCM, ECM ,Corporate Broking and restructuring.

Prior to his current role Neil was a Senior Client Partner in London with Korn/Ferry International having commenced his search career in a financial services boutique.

His early career was as an officer in the British Army serving in Germany, UK and Northern Ireland. He was awarded a Mentioned in Dispatches for Gallantry in 1996.
