Charlotte is a valued Research Associate within the CFO practice at Boyden UK.

She has enjoyed a successful career in research for the executive search industry, starting at the well-regarded firm Harvey Nash, specializing in the CIO practice. She transitioned to a boutique search firm, where she was a generalist researcher in the private sector. From there, she was appointed Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds, a top-tier global executive search firm. There, she was responsible for leading research across all functional areas within Whitehall, global development and higher education, both at the executive and non-executive levels.

Charlotte holds an MRes in social and political theory from University of London, Birkbeck College. She also holds a BA in sociology and cultural studies from the University of Nottingham.
